Conducting preliminary surveys of assets provided to the Bank as collateral security;
Reviewing independent valuation reports and determining the collateral value of assets provided as collateral security and active collateral security for Branch projects;
Collecting data and providing information upon request to LLP «Nur-Leasing»;
Presenting to the Bank's collegial bodies/committees well-prepared, properly formatted, reliable, and complete materials for consideration and decision-making;
Other tasks.
Requirements:
Education: Higher economic/mathematical/legal/financial or other higher education, if experienced in valuation activities;
Work experience: In financial and/or banking structures and/or in valuation activities for appraising movable and immovable property for at least 1 year.
