Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of problem loans and working with problem borrowers;
- Receiving and verifying the completeness of copies of the credit file for the problem loan, as well as forming the credit file if necessary, creating loan agreements, guarantees, collateral, and additional agreements;
- Analyzing the cause of the problem loan, identifying trends in the increase of problem loans, and the deterioration of the loan portfolio quality in the Branch;
- Carrying out measures for the recovery of problem loans, including debt collection in pre-litigation procedures; the sale of collateral in enforced extrajudicial or judicial procedures conducted by the Branch;
- other tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education in Economics/Finance/Law/Mathematics/Technical fields;
Experience in banking/finance/economics/legal sectors; in the field of credit activities/debt recovery/accounting/credit administration/legal activities/risk management, at least 2 (two) years.
