Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily presentations to attract customers in the assigned area for retail loan products and deposits.
- Execute plans for presentations, applications, loan disbursements according to the plans, as well as for the growth of the deposit portfolio (mass segment) set by the Retail Business Department (hereinafter - RBD), supervising retail lending and the promotion of retail business credit products.
- Consult with retail business clients (hereinafter - RB) on product credit / retail lending products and deposits, establish and maintain sustainable business relationships with potential and current RB clients.
- Primary identification of the client at the stage of credit loan processing (verification of the client's appearance and signature according to the identity document).
- Provide consultations on filling out the documents required for obtaining a loan.
- Identify the needs of current and potential RB clients to maintain and increase the client base of the branch.
- Ensure effective sales and promotion of retail credit products and deposits.
Deliver high-quality and comprehensive customer service.
Education:
Work experience:
- At least 1 (one) year in a financial / banking structure or in sales.
General knowledge/skills necessary for job responsibilities:
- Computer skills, knowledge of basic programs of the standard MS Office package (user);
- Skills in business communication ethics;
- Proficient written and verbal communication;
- Knowledge of labor protection rules and regulations, labor organization, safety techniques, and internal labor regulations.
Language proficiency:
- State language;
- Russian;
English – as necessary.
