Responsibilities:

- Managing, organizing, and monitoring the activities of the department employees to fulfill the tasks and functions assigned to the Department;
- Attracting new small and medium business (SMB) clients through consultations, presentations, studying the activities of both potential and existing SMB clients to identify their needs for financial services provided by JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank);
- Conducting business correspondence:
- Providing SMB clients with a comprehensive package of financial services offered by the Bank and its subsidiaries, including commercial lending, issuance of guarantees, attracting corporate deposits, remote banking services, insurance, and more;
- Supporting the process of reviewing financing projects (including document collection for project financing expertise), forming a package of conclusions on the financing project;
- Verifying/monitoring the financial and economic analysis of the financing project and preparing an expert opinion;
Education:
Higher economic/financial/legal/technical economic education;
Higher education (if transferring an internal candidate).
Work experience:
- At least 3 years in a banking structure (credit departments);
- At least 5 years in a banking structure or microcredit organization (credit departments) if holding other higher education.
Knowledge: 1. Knowledge of the state (preferably) and Russian languages;
- Possess knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory legal acts governing the activities of second-tier banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Possess organizational skills and leadership qualities;
4. Knowledge and skills in working with all office programs.
