Responsibilities:
1. Conducting daily presentations to attract clients in the designated area for retail credit products and deposits.
2. Execution of plans for presentations, applications, loan disbursements according to the plans, as well as for the growth of the deposit portfolio (mass segment) established by the Department of Retail Business (hereinafter - DRB), overseeing retail lending and promotion of retail business credit products.
3. Consulting retail business clients (hereinafter - RB) on commodity credit/products of retail lending and deposits, establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with potential and current RB clients.
4. Initial customer identification at the stage of credit loan processing (verification of the client's appearance and signature according to the identity document).
5. Providing consultations on filling out documents required for credit provision.
6. Identifying needs of existing and potential RB clients to maintain and increase the branch's client base.
7. Ensuring effective sales and promotion of retail credit products and deposits.
8. Providing high-quality and comprehensive client services.

1. Computer skills, knowledge of main programs of the standard MS Office package (user level);
2. Business communication etiquette skills;
3. Proficient written and verbal communication;
4. Knowledge of occupational safety rules and regulations, labor organization, safety techniques, and internal labor regulations.
