Responsibilities:
- Attracting new and existing clients to salary projects of organizations regarding payment cards through professional consultations, presentations, and studying the activities of both potential and existing clients to identify their needs in financial services;
- Planning, searching, and attracting new partners for the placement of ATMs and POS/Payment terminals;
- Maintaining current control of ATMs/POS terminals/Payment terminals and their effective usage;
- Organizing the process of concluding/extending/terminating lease agreements with partners for the installation of ATMs/POS terminals/Payment terminals and monitoring the fulfillment of partner obligations;
- Controlling the presence of mandatory and/or recommended informational signs, accompanying promotional materials (if provided);
- Concluding agreements with organizations on banking services for employees of organizations;
- Consulting clients of organizations, receiving and verifying documents for issuing payment cards, processing applications for issuing/reissuing international payment cards, and other applications as provided by the Bank's internal regulations;
- Performing sales (including concluding deals) of a comprehensive package of financial services provided by the Bank, including the Bank's credit payment card under the "Salary" product, remote banking services for clients, internet banking (Nur24), SMS notifications;
Education:
- Higher financial/economic/marketing/technical/legal education;
- Other higher education;
Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a banking or financial structure;
Knowledge:
- Computer skills, knowledge of main programs in the standard MS Office package (user);
- Business communication etiquette skills;
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of labor protection rules and norms, labor organization, safety engineering, and internal labor regulations.
