Responsibilities:
1. Formulating the agenda for CUOP meetings and communicating it to the concerned structural divisions and subsidiaries;
2. Providing CUOP members with documents necessary for reviewing the agenda items of CUOP meetings;
3. Ensuring the gathering of participants for CUOP meetings;
4. Preparing CUOP meeting minutes, coordinating decisions with relevant departments and subsidiaries, ensuring the signing of the minutes, and their registration;
5. Drafting electronic extracts from CUOP meeting minutes and communicating them to concerned parties;
6. Exercising control over the implementation of CUOP decisions.
Education:
- Higher education in economics / finance / mathematics;
- Incomplete higher education (4th year of full-time university study).
Work Experience:
- Possible without work experience with higher education;
- With incomplete higher education (4th year of university), a minimum of 6 months work experience required;
Required Knowledge:
- General understanding of basic banking products;
- Knowledge of national, Russian, and English (if necessary) languages;
- Ability to articulate thoughts accurately, clearly, and comprehensively in writing;
- Proficiency in oral and written business communication;
- Knowledge and skills in using all office software at an advanced user level;
- Document management skills
