Senior Financial Risk Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring financial risk positions on a regular basis;

- Development, adequacy analysis, and regular review of internal financial risk management limits;

- Regular control of compliance of existing financial risks with established limits;

- Preparation of regular financial risk management reports;

- Analysis of financial statements and performance indicators of Subsidiaries;

- Development of internal regulatory documents on financial risk management;

Education:

• Higher education in economics/finance/technology/mathematics;

Work experience:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in banking or finance;

Special knowledge:

- Knowledge of the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Professional skills and qualifications corresponding to the nature of the performed functions;

- High stress tolerance;

- Ability to read and analyze financial statements of banks/financial organizations;

- Knowledge of IFRS;

- Experience in automating financial/management reporting;

- Experience in developing and drafting internal regulatory documents.
