Responsibilities:

  • General management of the Banking Service Center (hereinafter – BSC) and ensuring stable and efficient operations in accordance with the Branch's regulations, internal policies and instructions, and within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ensuring interaction with the structural divisions of the Branch and the Head Office of JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter – the Bank).

  • Ensuring the quality of the offered banking products/services. Ensuring the quality of credit, deposit, and operational services in accordance with internal policies and requirements of the law.

  • Control over the quality of the BSC's loan portfolio, timely classification of loans, control of work on the recovery of problematic debts and the realization of collateral property together with the Legal Department of the Branch.

Education:

  • Higher education in finance, economics, engineering, or law;

Experience:

  • In the banking sector for at least 3 years, including in lending/operational activities;

  • In financial organizations that perform specific types of banking operations for at least 3 years;

  • If experience is in both the banking sector and financial organization with specific banking operations, the total work experience must be at least 3 years.
