Development, implementation, and improvement of retail deposit products and tariffs in line with the strategy of JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), customer needs, and market conditions.
Analysis of conditions for retail deposit products of competing banks and other financial institutions based on marketing research results at least once a month.
Development of business requirements for the technical implementation of retail deposit products.
Development, updating, standardization, and coordination of internal regulatory and administrative documents regarding the Bank's activity in attracting deposits from individuals (MASS and VIP segments).
Education:
Higher economic/financial/marketing education;
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the banking or financial sector;
Practical experience in one of the following areas is desirable:
Development of retail deposit products;
Cash management services for retail business clients (individuals).
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory legal acts of FSCP and NBK related to the Department's activities;
Knowledge of banking retail deposit products;
Skills in all office software programs at an advanced user level;
Possession of professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the banking field;
Negotiation skills;
Presentation preparation and delivery skills;
Skills in gathering and analyzing information for decision making.
