Responsibilities:

  • Organizing effective work of the Management/Department/Office
  • Leading and controlling the activities of the following subdivisions of the Bank's Branch
  • Corporate Client Operations Sector
  • Retail Client Operations Sector
  • VIP Client Service Sector (if available)
  • Cash Operations Sector
  • Support Sector
  • Banking Service Centers on operational activity matters
  • Mandatory knowledge and compliance with the Bank's internal documents, as well as regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory and authorized bodies related to the operational activities of the Bank's branch
  • Mandatory knowledge of employee duties and control over the performance of their duties by Management/Department employees
  • Ensuring proper labor discipline
  • Organizing effective interaction of the Management/Department with the Bank's structural subdivisions on Client service issues

Education:

Higher education.

Work Experience:

In operational subdivisions of second-tier banks and the Bank for at least 2 (two) years.

General knowledge/skills required for duties:

  • Computer skills, knowledge of main MS Office standard package programs (user)
  • Business communication etiquette skills 
  • Proficient written and oral communication
  • Knowledge of labor protection rules, labor organization, safety regulations, internal labor regulations

Language knowledge:

  • State
  • Russian
  • English – when necessary
