Responsibilities:
- Attract new SME clients through consultations, presentations, and analysis of activities of both potential and existing SME clients to identify their needs for financial services provided by the Bank;
- Conduct business correspondence;
- Sell a comprehensive package of financial services to SME borrowers offered by the Bank and its Subsidiary Companies;
- Perform financial and economic analysis of the financing project and prepare an expert report;
- Analyze SME borrowers' account balances and turnover to implement measures with SME borrowers to increase their account balances and turnover;
- Conduct financial monitoring of projects and prepare monitoring reports in accordance with the approved schedule and internal Bank documents, and submit current and overdue loan monitoring reports to Credit Committees in a timely manner;
- Verify target usage of provided loans to SME clients in accordance with internal regulatory documents;
Education:
- Higher financial/economic education;
- Secondary specialized financial/economic education;
- Incomplete higher financial/economic education;
- Other higher education.
Work experience:
1. At least 6 (six) months in banking/financial structures/microcredit organizations (credit departments).
2. At least 1 (one) year in banking structures/microcredit organizations (credit departments) if holding other higher education.
Knowledge:
- Proficiency in all office software.
