Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily presentations to attract clients in the assigned territory for retail lending products and deposits.
- Fulfill presentation plans, applications, loan disbursements according to plans, and increase the deposit portfolio (mass segment) as set by the Retail Business Department (RBD), overseeing retail lending and promotion of retail business lending products.
- Consult retail business clients (hereinafter - RB) on consumer loans / retail lending products and deposits, establish, and maintain stable business relationships with potential and current RB clients.
- Initial client identification during the loan processing stage (verification of the client's appearance and signature according to the identity document).
- Provide guidance on filling out documents required for loan provision.
- Identify the needs of existing and potential RB clients to maintain and grow the branch's client base.
- Provide quality and comprehensive service to clients.
- Collect, prepare materials, analyze, and preliminarily decide on newly issued RB client loan projects for further submission to the Branch Credit Committee (hereinafter - BCC) / Main Bank Credit Committee (hereinafter - MBCC) / Decision-Making Center (hereinafter - DMC).
- Receive and review Client applications, accept payment documents.
Education:
- Higher education.
- Higher / incomplete higher / specialized secondary education (when transferring an internal candidate).
Work Experience:
- Preferably, but possible without work experience when undergoing an internship.
