Responsibilities:
- Attract new small and medium-sized business (SME) clients by conducting consultations, presentations, and studying the activities of both potential and existing SME clients to identify their need for financial services provided by JSC 'Nurbank' (hereinafter – the Bank).
- Maintain business correspondence:
- 1) with the supervising structural division of the Bank's Headquarters (hereinafter - HQ)/other departments of the branch on issues of improving the quality of service for SME borrowers and other matters;
2) with SME borrowers on service issues (including sending notifications regarding non-fulfillment of obligations);
3) with government authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the scope of own powers;
4) with other organizations/persons on issues affecting the Department's competence.
- Sell SME borrowers a comprehensive package of financial services provided by the Bank and its subsidiaries, including commercial lending, issuance of guarantees, attracting deposits from legal entities, remote banking services, insurance, and more.
- Conduct financial-economic analysis of financing projects and prepare an expert opinion.
- Analyze balances and turnovers on SME borrowers' accounts to conduct activities with SME borrowers to ensure an increase in turnovers and balances in the accounts.
Education:
- Higher education in economics/finance/law
/technical-economic/management/mathematics education.
Middle-specialized financial/economic education.
Higher non-specific education.
Work Experience:
- In banking/financial structures/microcredit organizations (credit divisions) for at least 6 (six) months.
In banking structure/microcredit organization (credit divisions) for at least 1 (one) year, if holding another higher education degree
