Responsibilities:
- Attracting potential clients for retail lending products and deposits.
- Conducting daily presentations to attract clients for retail lending products and deposits in the assigned territory.
- Meeting objectives for presentations, applications, loan disbursements, and growth of the deposit portfolio (mass segment) as set by the Retail Business Department (hereinafter referred to as RBD).
- Dividing the area of the locality where the sales point (Branch/CBO) is located for attracting clients for retail lending products and deposits among the staff of the Retail Business Department (hereinafter referred to as the Department).
- Controlling the quality of presentations conducted by the Department's staff.
- Searching for and attracting new Clients (including VIP clients) for servicing at the Bank.
- Carrying out cross-sales of all banking products and services of the Bank's subsidiaries in terms of servicing retail business clients through the Branch's Agency network to retain and expand the client base.
- Visiting the territory of potential clients to attract them for servicing at the Bank.
Education:
Work experience:
At least 3 years in a financial structure or in sales.
