Responsibilities:
Ensuring a high level of service quality for small and medium business clients.
Attracting new SMB clients by conducting professional consultations, presentations, and analyzing the activities of both potential and existing SMB clients to identify their needs for financial services provided by JSC Nurbank.
Consulting, receiving, and verifying SMB client documents for processing tender covered guarantees.
Conducting business correspondence:
1) with the supervising structural unit of the Bank's Head Office/other Branch divisions on issues of improving service quality;
2) with SMB clients on service issues;
3) with government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the scope of own authority;
4) with other organizations/individuals on issues within the Department's competence.
Education:
1. Higher education in economics/finance/law/technical and economic studies/management/mathematics.
2. Secondary specialized financial/economic education.
3. Other higher education.
Work Experience:
1. In banking/financial institutions, microcredit organizations (credit departments) for at least 6 (six) months.
2. In banking/financial institutions, microcredit organizations (credit departments) for at least 1 (one) year if possessing other higher education.
