The reward payment is made on the Deposit return date at the rate specified in the Deal Confirmation, withholding taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget in the amount established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the prescribed manner, by non-cash transfer of the reward amount to the Depositor's bank account in the Bank or to another bank account of the Depositor according to the details specified in the Deal Confirmation, with the payment of a transfer commission according to the Bank's tariffs. If the Deposit return date falls on a non-working day, the Deposit return and reward payment are made on the next working day, and no reward is accrued or paid for these non-working days. In case of early withdrawal of the Deposit/part of the Deposit, either at the initiative of the Depositor or by requirements.
