Can I order 2 keys for the safe deposit box?

Yes, you can obtain an additional key for the safe deposit box. The additional rental fee for the safe deposit box, when two keys are provided to the client upon request, is 15,000 KZT. This amount is paid in addition to the main rate on the day the rental agreement is signed.

What can be stored in a safety deposit box?
  • Important documents, cash, electronic information carriers can be stored in a small safe (up to 100 mm high).
  • Jewelry, medals, securities can be stored in a medium-sized safe (101 to 294 mm high).
  • Paintings, works of art, antiques can be stored in a large safe (295 mm to 600 mm high).

What cannot be stored in a safe deposit box?

It is prohibited to store explosive, flammable, toxic, radioactive, narcotic substances, and other items that could harm people and the environment in individual bank deposit boxes, including firearms, gas, and edged weapons, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
