On Conclusion of a Transaction with Interest

Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces the conclusion of a transaction with an interest.

1.  The date the organization’s body made the decision to conclude the transaction – December 8, 2015;

1. The value of the property, which is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
2. The date of the last valuation of the property, which is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
3. The percentage ratio of the value of the property, which is the subject of the transaction,
   to the total value of the organization’s assets –  not applicable;
4. Main material terms of the transaction – bank account agreement (as a sub-account);
5. The date of the transaction conclusion – December 15, 2015.
