    1. The date the organization's body decided to conclude the transaction is September 29, 2015;
    2. The value of the property that is the subject of the transaction is not applicable;
    3. The date of the last valuation of the property that is the subject of the transaction is not applicable;
    4. The percentage ratio of the value of the property that is the subject of the transaction to the total value of the organization's assets is not applicable;
    5. The main substantial terms of the transaction are contract No. 20/15 for banking services for the organization’s employees;
    6. The date of the conclusion of the transaction is October 13, 2015.
