JSC Nurbank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) hereby announces an increase in the Bank's participation share (percentage ratio to the number of voting shares) from 96.5172% to 98.4632% in the capital of JSC Accumulative Pension Fund Atameken, a subsidiary of JSC Nurbank, as a result of a transaction for repurchasing own shares from an existing shareholder, registered in the JSC Unified Securities Registrar system on December 5, 2014. The number of shares owned by the Bank has not changed and remains at 32,036 ordinary shares, and the share of the total issued shares remains the same at 95.9162%.
