Approval of the Share Placement Report by the NB of the Republic of Kazakhstan

JSC 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) hereby announces the approval by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the report on the results of share placement.

2. Type, quantity of securities declared for issuance, national identification number assigned to the securities - not applicable;
