Hereby, Joint-Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) notifies of receiving on 21.11.2014 a written warning No. 58-12-10/2752 dated 13.11.2014 from the Karaganda Branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan due to the Karaganda branch of the Bank's violation of Article 8 of the Law 'On the Procedure for Considering Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities' and point 27 of the Rules 'Provision of Banking Services and Consideration of Client Appeals Arising in the Provision of Banking Services, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations dated 28.02.2011 No. 19,' regarding the term for considering an appeal on the subject of providing the Bank's written consent for the registration of property rights on real estate mortgaged with the Bank and the issuance of original technical passports for real estate objects for their submission to justice authorities.
