JSC Nurbank joined 13 Kazakhstani banks involved in the state program of preferential lending to small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in manufacturing, for which 100 billion tenge was allocated by the state in 2014.

The funds were allocated from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan by order of the Head of State and represent the first tranche of the allocated 1 trillion tenge intended to support Kazakhstan's economy with credit resources.

According to the Agreement, within six months, the allocated funds must be directed to support entrepreneurs implementing projects in manufacturing under preferential conditions with a minimum interest rate for the final borrower not exceeding 6% per annum.

Thus, no more than 50% of the allocated funds will be directed to refinancing existing loans of entrepreneurs, and 50% will be aimed at implementing new projects, including 25% for projects in the food industry.

The Bank will not charge commissions, fees, or other payments related to the issuance and servicing of the loan.
