On April 21, 2012, JSC 'Nurbank' held a 'green' cleanup event in the Alma-Arasan Gorge of the Zailiyskiy Alatau, Almaty, featuring a special event for orphans and children left without parental care. The event was attended by 150 bank employees and 40 children from the specialized complex 'Zhan uya', boarding school No. 8, and orphanages No. 1 and No. 2 of Almaty.
'These children, finding themselves in difficult life situations, are in utmost need of our help and support. It is through such charitable initiatives that we can give children a sense of family, joy, care, and love,' noted Rauan Daukenov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC 'Nurbank'.
Bank employees involved children in labor and love for the environment, giving them gifts. Various competitions and games were conducted during the picnic.
