At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC Nurbank held on October 11, 2007, Nurali Aliyev was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nurbank.
Bektas Mukhamedzhanov was also appointed as an independent director. All mentioned individuals are undergoing approval by the authorized body.

JSC Nurbank is among the top ten largest banks in Kazakhstan. As of October 1, 2007, the bank's assets amounted to 203,060,336 thousand tenge, and the bank's equity reached 44,376,550 thousand tenge. The authorized capital reached 27,119,505 thousand tenge. The net profit for the first 9 months of the current year amounted to 1,626,036 thousand tenge.
