According to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 21, 2020, No. 50 "On the maximum limits for cash withdrawals by legal entities from bank accounts during a calendar month and categories of legal entities not subject to cash withdrawal requirements from bank accounts," it is determined that cash withdrawals by legal entities from bank accounts during a calendar month are limited to amounts not exceeding:
1) 20,000,000 (twenty million) tenge - if the legal entity is a small business entity;
2) 120,000,000 (one hundred twenty million) tenge - if the legal entity is a medium-sized business entity;
3) 150,000,000 (one hundred fifty million) tenge - if the legal entity is a large business entity.
This requirement does not apply to the following categories of legal entities:
1) with respect to legal entities that are microbusiness entities;
2) with respect to legal entities engaged in the procurement of agricultural food products and aquaculture (fishing) products;
3) with respect to legal entities that are engaged in retail trade of food, beverages, as well as pharmaceutical, medical, and orthopedic products, with economic activities according to the appendix to this resolution;
4) with respect to second-tier banks and the National postal operator when withdrawing cash from correspondent accounts opened with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to legal entities that conduct their activities exclusively through exchange offices based on a license of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for foreign currency exchange operations.
