JSC "Nurbank" informs you of the approval by JSC 'Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund' (decision of the Fund's Board of Directors dated March 19, 2026 № 6) of Amendments to the notification form for individual clients who have concluded a bank account and/or bank deposit agreement (hereinafter - the amendments) in the part regarding the cancellation of the issuance by the Fund of a bank participation certificate, or a branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the mandatory deposit insurance system, as well as the consolidation of the concept of 'depositor' (instead of the concept of an individual client).
The amendments are effective from March 19, 2026, and apply to bank account and/or bank deposit agreements concluded from March 19, 2026.
