Order and conditions of the promotion:
1. General conditions of the Promotion:
1.1. Promotion territory – cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan where branches/Customer Service Centers of JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter – the Bank) are located.
1.2. Promotion period: from October 1, 2021, to January 31, 2022, inclusive.
2. Participant of the Promotion (hereinafter – "Participant"):
2.1. An individual, a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who concluded a bank loan agreement with the Bank during the Promotion period for an unsecured loan/secured loan/mortgage/car loan/educational loan exceeding 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge with a loan term of no less than 6 (six) months.
3. Determination of prize draw winners:
3.1. As part of the Promotion, 4 (four) prize draws are planned at the end of each reporting period:
- first reporting period: 01.10.2021 – 31.10.2021
- second reporting period: 01.10.2021 – 30.11.2021
- third reporting period: 01.10.2021 – 31.12.2021
- fourth reporting period: 01.10.2021 – 31.01.2022
3.2. Prize fund of the Promotion: bicycles, electric scooters, laptops, tablets, cash certificates from the French House, KASKO certificates from SC "Victoria" and the grand prize – a Renault Arkana car, which will be drawn in the last prize draw.
3.3. To determine the winners of the draw, the Bank forms a list of credit contract numbers for the reporting period, corresponding to the condition of clause 2.1. of the Rules.
3.4. Draws are held no later than the 25th of the month following the reporting period.
3.5. The draw winner is selected using a random number generator on the website https://www.random.org with a selection range equal to the number of credit contract numbers of Participants for the reporting period. The Participant whose credit contract number matches the randomly generated number is deemed the winner. Draw results will be published on the Bank's website www.nurbank.kz.
3.6. The following do not participate in the draws:
1) Promotion participants who have fully repaid loans prematurely before the draw;
2) Promotion participants with overdue payments of more than 1 (one) day before the draw.
3.7. The Bank calls the Winners within 5 (five) working days after the draw. Prizes are awarded to the Winners taking into account the time required for prize transportation (excluding the grand prize) to the Bank branch where the loan was issued from Almaty city. The grand prize is awarded to the Winner in Almaty city. The transportation of the grand prize to the Winner's residence is carried out by the Winner.
3.8. Draws are broadcast live on the Bank's Instagram account.
3.9. The winner of the current draw does not participate in subsequent draws.
3.10. The prize cannot be issued in cash equivalent, replaced with another product, or accepted as repayment of debt to the Bank.
4. Personal data:
4.1. Participation in the Promotion according to these Rules confirms the consent of the Promotion Participant to these Rules, as well as the Participant's consent to the processing of personal data by the Bank in any ways necessary for the implementation of the Promotion.
5. Additionally
5.1. In all other matters not provided for in these Rules, the Bank and the Promotion Participants are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. Information about the Promotion is disseminated by posting:
- on the Bank's website www.nurbank.kz
- on the official social media accounts of the Bank
- in social networks Instagram and Facebook, the internet
- on radio and outdoor advertising structures
