JSC Nurbank notifies about the refinancing of mortgage loans issued in foreign currency.

Attention mortgage borrowers and/or pledgors of loans issued in foreign currency.

In accordance with Article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Bank notifies the borrower and/or pledgor of the unilateral reduction of the monetary obligation (debt) of individuals under a mortgage loan issued in foreign currency, upon replacing the loan's foreign currency with the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the official exchange rate of the National Bank on August 18, 2015, under the Mortgage Housing Loan Refinancing Program.

The absence of a written objection from the borrower and/or pledgor within thirty calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Bank as the borrower's and/or pledgor's consent to the reduction of the monetary obligation (debt) by means of converting the principal debt amount from foreign currency into the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of disagreement, the borrower and/or pledgor should, before the expiration of the specified period, contact the Bank branch with an appropriate written statement by any convenient means:
