JSC Nurbank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces its participation in the implementation of anti-crisis measures and support for the population and businesses. Due to the state of emergency declared across the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 16 to April 15, 2020, a number of urgent measures have been adopted to support clients.
The Bank will provide the following support:
for individual clients::
- No fines or penalties will be accrued for overdue payments on bank loan agreements during the state of emergency in Kazakhstan if delays arise due to the state of emergency. The Bank will conduct all necessary procedures automatically. There is no need to contact the Bank to apply this measure.
- For unsecured loans no interest will be accrued for one calendar month on bank loan agreements for individuals with overdue payments of principal and/or interest exceeding 90 (ninety) days. The Bank will conduct all necessary procedures automatically. There is no need to contact the Bank to apply this measure.
- An analysis of the financial condition of individual borrowers will be conducted, and decisions on additional support, such as payment deferrals on bank loan agreements, including principal and/or interest payments for individuals who have lost jobs or other income sources, as well as those facing other financial difficulties, will be made. Applies to loan agreements concluded before March 18, 2020.
All necessary procedures are conducted by the Bank on an individual basis upon written request from the borrower.
for individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses:
- Individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, whose payments are due during the state of emergency, will be granted a grace period for the repayment of principal and interest on the loan for a month. Loan payments that receive a grace period will be deferred to the next payment. There is no need to contact the Bank to apply this measure.
- For loans of individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, the Bank will provide deferments on obligations for up to 90 days (including the state of emergency period) on an individual basis upon request.

Applications for deferred payments on retail loans, small and medium-sized businesses, and individual entrepreneurs can be submitted online via the corporate website www.nurbank.kz, or by downloading the application form and sending a scanned version or photo to cc_nur@nurbank.kz, or at Bank branches.
