    Dear clients!

    On March 16 this year, due to the state of emergency declared across the Republic of Kazakhstan brought on by the spread of the coronavirus infection, Nur Bank JSC transitioned most of its business processes across Kazakhstan to remote management.

    Considering that from March 19 of this year, the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty are under quarantine, with entrance and exit strictly regulated, we have decided to resume serving Bank clients in a number of branches located in major cities of the Republic.

    Due to numerous client requests and the acute need to support domestic business, the following branches of Nur Bank JSC will resume operations from March 20, 2020:

    The branches will be open for clients from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.

    The indicated branches will not be operational on weekends/holidays.

    For your safety, the safety of the Bank's employees, and to prevent further spread of the viral infection, we strongly recommend visiting branches only in cases of urgent necessity.

    In other cases, we recommend performing operations remotely.

    Such operations as cash withdrawals at ATMs, card transactions, services, and payments via internet banking are available to you as usual.
