NURBANK ANNOUNCES PAYMENT POSTPONEMENT DURING STATE OF EMERGENCY

Nur Bank JSC announces its participation in anti-crisis measures and support for entrepreneurs. A series of urgent measures aimed at supporting clients has been adopted due to the nationwide state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 16 to April 15, 2020.

Nur Bank JSC will provide the following support to clients:

  1. No fines or penalties will be charged for payment delays incurred by borrowers due to the restrictions related to the state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan during this period. There is no need to contact the bank to apply this measure.
  2. A payment deferral, including principal and interest, up to 30 days will be offered for all retail loans from March 19 to April 18, 2020 inclusive. There is no need to contact the bank to apply this measure.
  3. For individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, a grace period for the repayment of principal and interest on loans up to April 15, 2020 will be provided. Loan payments eligible for a grace period will be postponed to the following month.
