JSC "Nurbank" informs you of the following amendments to the Banking Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (Protocol No. 37 dated May 18, 2015), considering Amendment No. 1, approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on December 18, 2015, Protocol No. 102; Amendment No. 2, approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on June 17, 2016, Protocol No. 62; Amendment No. 3, approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on February 1, 2017, Protocol No. 5; Amendment No. 4, approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on August 14, 2017, Protocol No. 60; Amendment No. 5, approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on February 16, 2018, Protocol No. 14.
In Clause 5 of Appendix 2 to the Agreement, the validity period of the "Web-Card" payment card is changed from 2 years to 5 years, and in Clause 3 of Appendix 3 to the Agreement, the validity period of the "IP card" payment cards is changed from 2 years to 3 years. These changes take effect on March 4, 2019, and apply to "Web-Card" payment cards issued from November 13, 2018, and "IP card" payment cards issued from February 14, 2019.
We remind you that according to the terms of the Agreement, if you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to terminate the Agreement by submitting a written notice of termination to JSC "Nurbank" in the manner prescribed by the Agreement.
Your failure to provide such notification will mean your acceptance of the new version of the Agreement, posted on the JSC "Nurbank" website, and your accession to it as a whole, considering the amendments/additions made.
