Information on a Transaction by a Joint-Stock Company in Which There Is an Interest

Nurbank Joint Stock Company hereby announces the conclusion of transactions in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions in which the joint-stock company is interested within one business day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of the transaction — March 18, 2017;
2. subject of the transaction — Additional Agreement to the Corporate Bank Account Agreement No.1;  
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company’s body to conclude the transaction — March 9, 2017.
