Hereby, NurBank Joint-Stock Company reports the conclusion of transactions in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions in which the joint-stock company has an interest within one business day, it is permitted to provide information on such transactions through the submission of a single application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions.
