Information about the transaction of interest entered by the joint-stock company

Hereby, 'Nurbank' Joint Stock Company announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

If several transactions of interest to the joint-stock company are concluded within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions through a single application submitted by the joint-stock company, containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction date — December 7, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Service Agreement No. 16-244; 
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body to execute the transaction — October 11, 2016.
