Information on Transactions by the Public Company with Interested Party Involvement

The Joint Stock Company Nurbank hereby announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interested party involvement.

When concluding several such transactions within one working day, the provision of information on these transactions can be made through the submission of a single application by the joint stock company, containing information on several of these transactions. 

1. transaction conclusion date — October 26, 2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Agreement on the purchase and sale of an administrative building with a share of a land plot;
3. date of decision by the governing body of the joint stock company on the execution of the transaction — August 4, 2016.
