Information on the Conclusion of a Transaction with an Interest

Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding multiple transactions in which there is an interest for the joint stock company within one business day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint stock company, containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — 01.09.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Lease Agreement of non-residential premises No. 07;
3. date of the decision by the body of the joint stock company on the transaction — 25.08.2016
