We inform you of changes to the standard form of the Agreement for the provision of electronic banking services in the 'Internet Banking' system, approved by the Board of JSC 'Nurbank' (Protocol No. 60 dated July 30, 2018), with amendments No. 1 approved by the Board of JSC 'Nurbank' on 23.10.2020 (Protocol No. 82).
We remind you that according to the terms of the Agreement, if you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to refuse further execution of the Agreement by submitting a written notice of termination of the Agreement to the Bank in the manner prescribed by the Agreement.
Failure to provide such notice will indicate your acceptance of the new version of the Agreement posted on the Bank's website, and your joining it in full with the changes/additions made.
The following changes are made to the standard form of the Agreement:
1. The last two paragraphs of clause 2.5 of the Agreement shall be revised as follows:
'provision of other documents and/or information to the Client regarding the payment and other services provided and being provided by the Bank;
provision to the Client of the possibility to submit letters, requests, and other documents and appeals to the Bank in electronic document form'.
2. Clause 3.2 of the Agreement shall be revised as follows:
'3.2. This Agreement applies to the Client's bank accounts specified in the Joining Application, as well as to bank accounts opened for the Client under the terms of the General Agreement on the general conditions for accepting bank deposits 'Nur-Komfort' (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement). To connect Client bank accounts not specified in the Joining Application to the 'Internet Banking' system, the Client must submit an additional application to the Bank for the connection of new account(s) (except those opened under the Agreement)'.
3. Add paragraph 4.1 with the following content:
'Confirmations on Transactions sent in accordance with the Agreement'.
The changes to the Agreement come into effect on March 2, 2023.
