Information on Transactions with Interested Parties

Hereby, Joint-Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) informs about the conclusion of transactions with interested parties.

When multiple transactions with interested parties are concluded within a single business day, the provision of information on such transactions may be done by submitting one application containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — 31.05.16;
2. subject of the transaction — Assignment Agreement;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body to conclude the transaction — 26.05.2016
