2. Value of the property which is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
3. Date of the last valuation of the property which is the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
4. The percentage ratio of the value of the property that is the subject of the transaction to the total value of the organization's assets – not applicable;
5. Main substantial terms of the transaction – statement on joining the Banking Services Agreement;
6. Date of the conclusion of the transaction – February 1, 2016.
