As of November 13, 2024, by the decision of the Board of Directors, Eldar Rashitovich Sarsenov has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC «Nurbank».

Eldar Sarsenov is the majority shareholder of JSC «Nurbank». He graduated from Suffolk University (Boston, USA) with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and also from Northeastern University (Boston, USA) with a Master of Business Administration degree.
JSC «Nurbank» holds license No. 1.2.15/193 dated February 3, 2020, issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market.
