Internet banking for legal entities and the mobile application for individuals operate in normal mode.
ATMs and payment terminals are operational in all regions, except those damaged during criminal actions.
A branch and one office in Almaty were affected overall. But they are already open - the branch operates in normal mode, while the office remains closed.
Also, we inform you that fines and penalties on loans from January 5 to 19, 2022, will not be imposed, and applications for deferral of principal repayment and accrued rewards for individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs who applied by January 31, 2022, are considered on an individual basis. Applications can be submitted on the website from January 13, 2022, or by contacting bank branches and offices.
