Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of services for conducting an annual certification audit for compliance with PCI DSS standards for JSC "Nurbank", and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will be held on October 17, 2024 at the building of JSC "Nurbank", at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 "B", office № 310.
Document submission until: 16.10.2024, 12:00, at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave, 10 "B", office № 204.
Legal entities (potential service providers) who, by the time of the tender, meet the selection criteria for potential participants in Appendix № 4, are allowed to the tender.
The technical specification and description of software products are provided in Appendix № 5.
Criteria for evaluating tender applications:
- compliance of the potential supplier with the above requirements;
- compliance of the tender application with the technical specifications of the tender documentation;
- proposed price;
- payment conditions.
To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:
1 package: Legal documentation
1) tender application form;
2) notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting any state-licensed activity (if the activity on purchased goods/works/services is subject to licensing);
4) notarized copy of the identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for tender participation.
2 package: Financial documentation
1) price offers;
2) original bank certificate confirming the banking details of the applicant, the absence of overdue debt of the applicant to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified by the legal entity's stamp, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, certified by stamp if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place about the absence of tax arrears;
5) information on the availability of a material and technical base.
3 package: Other documentation
1) the potential Supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not bear responsibility for these expenses, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
We emphasize that the Bank's Tender Commission reserves the right not to disclose information regarding the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the tender cancellation or postponement with an indication of the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw its application before the final submission deadline.
The tender will be held with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized representative will not participate in the tender.
