JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for the procurement of an Anti-Fraud system and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will be held on October 3, 2024, at the JSC "Nurbank" premises, located at 10 "B" Abay Avenue, Office 310, Almaty.
Document submission deadline: October 2, 2024, 12:00 PM, at the address: 10 "B" Abay Avenue, Office 204, Almaty
Legal entities (potential service providers) are eligible to participate in the tender if they meet the following requirements by the time of the tender:
The technical specification and description of software products are provided in Appendix No. 1.
Tender application evaluation criteria:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal Documentation
1) application for participation in the tender;
2) copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting activities licensed by the state (if the activity for the procured goods/services requires licensing);
4) a copy of the identity document of the supplier's authorized representative;
5) a power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person to participate in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial Documentation
1) price offer;
2) original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the bank details of the applicant, absence of overdue debt to the bank;
3) copies of the financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;
4) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration place about the absence of tax debt;
5) information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) confirmation of consent to mutual settlement for the supply under the Agreement through a bank account with JSC "Nurbank".
Package 3: Other Documentation
1) technical specifications, delivery terms, timelines.
2) For potential suppliers, the presence of an authorization letter from the manufacturer companies:
3) Availability of a center or service partner for warranty maintenance of the supplied software in Almaty. (provide information specifying the name, address, contact details).
4) The potential supplier must have been operating in the market for at least 2 years.
5) Delivery must be carried out in a single shipment and in full at the Customer's address.
6) The Potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the Bank and the tender commission do not bear any responsibility for these costs, regardless of the nature and outcome of the tender.
In turn, we note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information regarding the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or rescheduling of the tender with a new date specified.
The potential supplier has the right to alter or withdraw its application before the final deadline for tender applications submission.
The tender will be conducted with or without the participation of the potential service provider's authorized person if such a person does not attend the tender.
