Appendix No. 2. Criteria

JSC 'Nurbank' announces an open tender for the procurement of office furniture for the Head Bank located at: Almaty, Abay Ave. 10B, for a total of 260 workplaces, with a total of 728 pieces of furniture.

A supply contract will be concluded with the company offering the best conditions as a result of the tender.

The open tender will be held on 11.11.2021 at 14:30, at the address: Almaty, Abay Ave., 10 'B', Room #310.

Key supplier requirements:

  • opening a bank account with JSC 'Nurbank';
  • availability of the required amount of Goods;
  • quality of Goods;
  • payment 50%/50%;
  • timely execution;
  • warranty obligations on furniture and fittings for at least 3 (three) years;
  • mandatory approval of furniture color, model with the Bank (in terms of quality and cost) according to Annex 2;
  • professional competence;
  • availability of necessary financial, material, and labor resources to fulfill obligations according to the supply contract;
  • financial stability, absence of liquidation risk, asset seizure, suspension of financial-business activities.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages are required:

Package 1: Legal documentation

1) application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form;

2) notarized copies of founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);

3) copies of the license (original for verification) for conducting government-licensed activities (if the goods/services to be purchased require licensing);

4) notarized copy of an identity document of the authorized representative of the supplier;

5) supplier's power of attorney for the authorized person to participate in the Tender; 

Package 2: Financial documentation

1) original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debt to the bank;

2) copies of financial statements for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, stamped if available;

3) original statement from the Tax Committee at the supplier’s registration place confirming no tax debts;

4) copies of recommendations and feedback from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who previously collaborated with the supplier, containing evaluations of cooperation experience including timeliness, completeness of obligations (if available);

5) information on available material and technical base;

6) price proposals;

7) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the two years preceding the Tender. If losses are present in tax records for the two preceding years, the participant must provide justification for the proposed product/service price (for procurement of goods/services that are subsequently part of an international business operation).

Package 3: Other documentation

1) product characteristics, delivery terms, timelines.

2) The potential Supplier bears all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender application. The Bank and the tender commission do not answer for or bear responsibility for these costs, regardless of the nature and results of the tender. 

We note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information pertaining to the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.

JSC 'Nurbank' reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender by notifying the potential suppliers who submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement, indicating the new date of the tender.

The potential supplier has the right to change or withdraw its application before the expiration of the final deadline for tender submission.
