JSC "Nurbank" announces an open tender for selecting a service provider for the procurement of Oracle product licenses for the card system database:
and invites potential suppliers to participate in the tender, which will take place on April 25, 2019 at 14:30 at the building of JSC "Nurbank," located at: Abay Ave. 10V.
Tender type: open:
Tender start: 25.04.2019 at 14:30, at Abay Ave. 10V, 3rd floor, 310 large conference room;
End of bidding: 16:30;
Submission of packages and proposals until 12:00 (inclusive) 24.04.2019 at: Abay Ave. 10V, office 204.

To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be provided:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix No. 5;
2) Notarized copies of the founding documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, VAT registration certificate);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for conducting state-licensed activities (if activities for procured goods/works/services are subject to licensing);
4) A notarized copy of the document certifying the identity of the authorized representative of the supplier;
5) Supplier's power of attorney to an authorized person for participation in the Tender;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Original bank statement confirming the applicant's bank details, absence of overdue debt to the bank;
2) Copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, stamped by the legal entity, tax returns for individual entrepreneurs, stamped, if available;
3) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration on the absence of tax arrears;
4) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
5) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
6) Pricing proposals;
7) Confirmation of agreement to conduct settlements under the Contract through a settlement account in JSC "Nurbank"
Package 3: Other documentation
Furthermore, we note that the Bank's Tender Committee reserves the right not to disclose information related to the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other person not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of the tender applications.
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notification to potential suppliers who have submitted tender applications about the cancellation or postponement with an indication of the new date.
A potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the expiry of the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be held with the participation of the authorized person of the potential service provider or without such if the authorized person does not participate in the tender.
The final deadline for submission of tender documentation is 12:00 on "April 24", 2019.
