Nurbank JSC announces an open tender for the procurement of an intrusion detection and prevention system and invites potential suppliers to participate in the open tender, which will take place on June 15, 2017, at 14:30 at the Nurbank JSC building, located at Abay Ave. 10 "B" room No. 310, Almaty.

Legal entities (potential service providers) are eligible to participate in the tender if they meet the following requirements at the time of the tender:
The technical specification and description of software products are provided in Appendix No. 5.
Tender application evaluation criteria:
To participate in the tender, the following document packages must be submitted:
Package 1: Legal documentation
1) Application for participation in the tender;
2) Notarized copies of constituent documents, registration/re-registration certificate of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of registration for value-added tax);
3) Copies of licenses (original for verification) for certain state-licensed activities (if activities related to the purchased goods/works/services require licensing);
4) Notarized copy of the document verifying the identity of the authorized person – the supplier's representative;
5) Power of attorney from the supplier authorizing the participation in the tender on behalf of the supplier;
Package 2: Financial documentation
1) Pricing proposals;
2) Completed legal entity questionnaires according to the internal control rules for combating money laundering and terrorism financing in Nurbank JSC;
3) Original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's banking details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
4) Copies of financial statements for one year endorsed with the legal entity's seal, and tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs, endorsed with the seal if applicable;
5) Original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's registration location confirming no tax debts;
6) Copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs that previously collaborated with the supplier, including assessments and characteristics of the collaboration experience, such as timeliness, completeness of obligations fulfillment, etc. (if available);
7) Information on the availability of material and technical base;
Package 3: Other documentation
1) Technical specifications, delivery terms, deadlines.
2) For potential suppliers, original authorization letters from the manufacturer companies:
3) Availability of a service center or service partner for warranty servicing of the supplied equipment in Almaty or regions where the hardware-software complex is delivered (provide details including name, address, and contact information).
4) Equipment must be supplied from a serially manufactured line and tested at the manufacturer's plants. All components specified in the assignment must be included in the assembly.
5) The potential supplier must have been active in the server and network equipment market for at least 2 years.
6) If available, provide recommendations for large successful projects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7) Delivery must be made once and in full volume to the client's address.
8) The potential supplier bears all costs related to the preparation and submission of its tender application, and the bank and the tender commission are not liable for these costs, regardless of the tender's nature and results.
We would like to note that the Bank's Tender Commission has the right not to disclose information concerning the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications to potential service providers or any other parties not officially involved in the review, evaluation, and comparison of tender applications.
Nurbank JSC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender with written notice to potential suppliers who submitted tender applications, indicating the cancellation of the tender or rescheduling with a new date specified.
The potential supplier has the right to modify or withdraw its application before the deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the potential service provider or without one, should the representative choose not to participate.
The final deadline for submitting tender documentation is 12:00 on "14" June 2017.
