JSC "Nurbank" located at the address: 050004, Almaty, Abylai Khan Street, 51–53, announces an open tender for the procurement of server equipment, data storage systems, and VMware vSphere licensed software, as well as technical support for the specified equipment and software for the implementation of CRM Terrasoft projects and the Fiscalizer Software Information System.

Tender applications, sealed in envelopes, should be submitted to JSC "Nurbank" at the address: Almaty, Abylai Khan Ave, 51–53.

Potential suppliers who meet the criteria set out in Appendix No. 1 to this letter are eligible to participate in the tender.

Lot List:

1. Lot No. 1 — server equipment;

2. Lot No. 2 — data storage systems;

3. Lot No. 3 — VMware vSphere software.

List of necessary tender documentation for participation in the tender:

1) application for participation in the tender in the established form, according to Appendix No. 2 to this letter in Russian/Kazakh languages;

2) notarized copies of constituent documents, certificate of registration/reregistration of a legal entity;
(Charter, VAT registration certificate)

3) original certificate from the servicing bank, confirming the bank details and the absence of overdue debt of the supplier to the Bank;

4) copies of the financial statements for the last 12 (twelve) months for legal entities or tax declarations for individual entrepreneurs;

5) original certificate from the Tax Committee at the place of registration of the supplier about the absence of tax debts;

6) notarized copy of the document confirming the identity of the authorized person — representative of the supplier;

7) power of attorney issued by the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the tender;

8) copy of the identity document of the supplier's chief executive officer.

The tender will be conducted with the participation of the supplier's authorized person or without, if your authorized person will not participate in the tender.

The final deadline for submission of tender documentation is 5:00 PM on August 28, 2013.

The (open) tender will be held at 9:30 AM on August 29, 2013, at the JSC "Nurbank" building, 050004, Abylai Khan Street, 51–53.
